Lost Chord, The Wondervillians – Roisin Dubh, Galway

LOST CHORD & THE WONDERVILLAINS
Friday January 28th, 9pm, Free admission // Followed by gugai downstairs & Byron upstairs
Lost Chord are 5 young men making music that needs to be heard. Songs for the head and feet combining the best of indie, electronic, folk and metal with splashes of krautrock thrown into the mix. Expect an explosive live show from Lost Chord, having supported the XX, Port O’Brien, Islands, New York Dolls and Fujiya and Miyagi. Their debut EP is aweseome.
The Wondervillains are an indie-pop quartet from Derry City, Northern Ireland and have youthful exuberance by the bucket load. They’ve been supported from the start by Radio 1 in Northern Ireland’s Rory McConnell, Radio Foyle and Radio Ulster’s Across The Line. For fans of Passion Pit and The Pipettes, The Wonder Villains are doing great things for feisty young poptastic females everywhere. And all with two old keyboards and a drum kit.
