Photos: Lykke Li, The Button Factory, Dublin

Last night, Lykke Li made her second Irish appearance, this time in the much larger environs of The Button Factory. Dressed all in black and looking like a member of the Black Crowes (or indeed a black crow).

While touring has obviously have affected her of late (see her “I’m everything and nothing at the same time.” comment in our recent interview), she was insistent on getting the crowd going throughout. Please enjoy some really great photos of the gig by Claire Weir.

  • nice pics!
’twas a great show but too short.
amazing to see how her live show has developed since I saw her at sxsw in March this year.

I was impressed with the length to be honest! A brilliant gig really and just the right length! “Complaint Department” being the obvious highlight with the mad hip hop thing in the middle of it!

Getting the crowd going on a Monday night was always going to be tough!
