Bastille set for Indiependence, French Revolution gag forthcoming

London chart-toppers Bastille are the first act confirmed for Cork’s Indiependence Music & Arts Festival. Although the rest of the line-up is to be revealed nearly two weeks from now on 27th March, the Bad Blood band have gotten a head start and are also scheduled to play the Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds and Isle of Wight festivals this summer. The indie quartet have already sold out a date at Dublin’s Academy and confirmed their place on this year’s Trinity Ball line-up.

Indiependence will be lauched simultaneously in Cork and Dublin on the 27th, and tickets for the festival are currently on sale from and range from €70 – €99 (depending on package purchased).
