Friendly Fires’ second album details

St. Albans’ finest Friendly Fires have announced the details of their seconds LP entitled Pala. Named after the island in the Aldous Huxley novel Island, which is widely considered as a counterpart to Brave New World, the artwork has something of a tropical theme to it.

The record was self-produced with the help of Paul Epworth (Florence and The Machine, Adele, Bloc Party, Primal Scream), who produced their eponymous debut, and will be released in May on XL Recordings proceeded by the lead single ‘Live Those Days Tonight’.
