Gig roundup: The Cranberries, Paul Weller, Brother Ali, Mystery Jets & more

A catchup of gig announcements from the last few days:

  • The Cranberries are set to return to the Irish live arena this Summer. The band play Live at the Marquee in Cork on 29th June with tickets priced at €54.80 are on sale this Friday, the 5th of March.
  • Also taking place in The Marquee that week, Paul Weller plays on the 27th of June with tickets at €52.80.
  • The Mystery Jets play The Academy on Saturday April 17th. Tickets on sale now at €18.50.
  • Rhymesayers’ Brother Ali plays Crawdaddy with support from DJ BK-One on Saturday 20th of March. Tickets are €12.
  • The Jimmy Cake will return to to Whelan’s on March 20th with guests Sea Dog and Patrick Kelleher. Tickets are also €12 (ex booking fee).
  • Don’t forget about the special event taking place in the Olympia this Friday in aid of Barretstown. Playing on the night will be David Gray, Paddy Casey, Mundy, Duckworth Lewis Method, Jape, Villagers and Vengence & The Panther Queen amongst others. The show will be streamed live at http://www.muzu.tv/inspirationslive?country=ie. Tickets are €30.
