There was high drama at the Grammys last night, as teenage urban pop sensation Chris Brown ended up, not on the red carpet or performing as scheduled, but detained at the pleasure of the LAPD. Having been called to an alleged domestic abuse incident the night before, Brown turned himself in at 10pm last night. His girlfriend Rihanna – thought to be the subject of the attack and reportedly wounded – also pulled out of the ceremony. Brown was released on €50,000 bail.
