Irish shows for Azealia Banks, Sigur Ros and Ennio Morricone

With the new gig announcements continuing to come thick and fast, here are three that caught our eye:

As she continues to ready her debut album, Azealia Banks plays Limelight 1 in Belfast on June 25th and The Academy in Dublin the following night. Tickets for both shows are on sale now.

There’s a first visit to Ireland for the legendary Ennio Morricone on July 28th, when the film composer will be conducting the Roma Sinfonietta, his 97 piece Italian orchestra, together with a 100-strong choir in the grounds of Royal Hospital, Kilmainham.Tickets priced from €79.50 for the fully seated outdoor concert go on sale at 9.00am Wednesday April 3rd.

Sigur Rós kick off their European tour in support of new record Kveikur at the O2 in Dublin on November 16th. Tickets priced €40.00 inclusive of booking fee go on general sale on Thursday 28th March at 9am.
