Killing Joke to play Button Factory, plus free download

Post-punk outfit Killing Joke are set to play their first Irish show in over a decade on Wednesday, 13th October at the Button Factory, Dublin. The Dublin date is the latest addition to their European tour promoting the release of their forthcoming studio album, Absolute Dissent.

Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the band’s formation, their 13t studio album, due out 27th September, sees the return of the original line up of Jaz Coleman, Kevin ‘Geordie’ Walker, Paul Ferguson and Martin ‘Youth’ Glover.

Produced by the band, their new album was recorded in various studios in London, Spain and Prague, and sees the original line-up sharing studio space for the firs time in 28 years.

Tickets for the Button Factory appearance are priced at €22.50 (inc. booking fee) available from Ticketmaster, City Discs, and usual outlets.
