Following its debut last year, the Meteor Camden Crawl Dublin is back in 2013 with a new date and expanded line-up. The festival, once again supported by State, will take place on the May Bank Holiday weekend (3rd – 5th), with fifteen venues across the capital playing host to over 150 acts plus a fringe event featuring comedy for the first time. The London event will now move to October, making Dublin the main focus.
The line-up (chosen by a panel including Whelan’s Live, Hidden Agenda, Other Voices, Strange Brew, Young Hearts Run Free, State, Mother Club, Ruby Sessions, Dan Hegarty (2fm), entertainment.ie, Sweet Oblivion, Nialler9, Totally Dublin and Paul McLoone) will be announced at the end of January and tickets go on sale on February 11th from Entertainment.ie, the festival website and usual oulets. These will be available as a weekend pass or standard day pass: €55.00 Weekend / 1 Day €35 (excluding booking fee), along with a limited quantity of Early Bird Weekend Tickets available at €40.00 and all-inclusive travel packages.
Additionally, a very limited amount of super discounted weekend tickets priced €1 – 10.00 will be made available only to members of the Camden Crawl Dublin and Meteor data bases and social networks as well as to the festival’s previous ticket buyers via a special link. Small quantities of these exclusive tickets will be released each day from 1st February in a 10 day pre-sale countdown to 11th February.
