Mumford & Sons Announce Tour Dates

Mumford & Sons have announced a series of shows around the UK and Ireland for March of next year. The British folk outfit will stop off at The Academy in Dublin the night after Paddy’s Day having just played the The Academy 2 in September of this year (review here).

It may not seem like such a big leap but this tour sees the band playing their largest headline shows to date; full listing below the video.

18th March – Dublin The Academy
20th March – Belfast Spring & Airbrake

Tickets for the Academy show are priced €18.95 inclusive of booking fee, currently on pre-sale on their home site and generally available from Friday morning.

As well as meeting large critical acclaim, Mumford & Sons’ debut Sigh No More reached No. 11 in the UK charts, not too shabby.

The UK dates include:

3rd March – Glasgow ABC
4th March – Manchester Academy 2
6th March – Wolverhampton Wulfrun
7th March – Newcastle University
9th March – Liverpool Academy
10th March – Cambridge Junction
12th March – Brighton Corn Exchange
13th March – London Shepherd’s Bush Empire
16th March – Edinburgh Queen’s Hall
