Offset 2010 – Major music designers for Dublin

With a massively interesting line-up for anyone interested in graphic design, photography and illustration, and specifically where these areas relate to music, Offset 2010 takes place from October 1st-3rd in the Grand Canal Theatre, Dublin and aims to bring the very best of Irish and international visual talent to the city.

Now in its second year, this design event sees some major music designers jetting-in including Mark Farrow (pictured – Pet Shop Boys, Kylie, Manics), David Carson (Ray Gun magazine – almost everything you saw in the ’90s was his, or ripped off from him), M&E (Jape, Redneck Manifesto) and David O’Reilly (U2). There’ll also be more than 20 other captivating speakers (George Lois, Esquire art director 1962-1972, is not to be missed) over the three days and State, as a media partner, will shortly be bringing you news of a very special State event to be held at Offset 2010.

Tickets for the weekend begin at €120 for students and are available through Ticketmaster.
