For approaching a year now we have been running monthly live shows at the Mercantile under the State vs… banner and now we are delighted to report that we’re taking the gigs on the road, visiting two of the country’s finest venues. March 12th will see us head west to the Roisin Dubh in Galway for a bill featuring VisionAir, Great Lakes Mystery, The Danger Is (pictured) and Daithí Ó Drónaí. Doors are at 8pm and it’s free in.
Moving North, on April 2nd we will be teaming up with Dundalk collective Electronic Intervals for a show at the Spirit Store. Again we’ll be bringing VisionAir and Great Lakes Mystery along for the ride, plus local band Rydeen and DJ YackJaw. Tickets are priced €10 from the venue.
Returning to Dublin, we’ll be doing battle with ace music blog Sweet Oblivion at the Mercantile on Tuesday 16th March and hosting our second Love Live Music Day gig on April 8th. Details of both of these to follow.
