Trent Reznor amongst winners at The Golden Globes 2011

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross were the deserved winners of Best Score for The Social Network at last night’s Golden Globes in Hollywood. The category included Hans Zimmer for Inception, Danny Elfman for Alice in Wonderland, Alexandre Desplat for The King’s Speech and A.R. Rahman for 127 Hours. It didn’t take long for the Nine Inch Nails’ Reznor to tweet his surprise at winning:

Meanwhile, in the other music category, Diane Warren’s ‘You Haven’t Seen The Last Of Me’ performed by Cher in the movie Burlesque won Best Song.

State must say, we did wonder where Daft Punk’s Tron:Legacy soundtrack was in all of the musical nominations.
